To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase.

The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The product must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and with the original packaging of the product purchased from 

Refund Process

To start the refund process, you must send an email to:  within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

To speed up the return process, write an email indicating; invoice number, reference and description of the item, number of items and the reason for their return.

Our customer service will send you an email, and if your return is approved, you will also receive an email confirming your return, which will have to be sent along with the package.

If the refund is approved, Essence will be refunding the money within a period of no more than 14 working days to the same payment method used to purchase the products.

Shipping Cost of the Return

Customers will be responsible for the return handling and shipping costs. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping company they choose to return the merchandise.

The label to make the return will not be provided by Essence.
